What is Orientation?Orientation welcomes our new Roadrunners to the Butte College community. At Orientation, you'll explore campus, chat with the financial aid team, meet with an academic counselor, and sign up for classes. It's all about getting you set up for a successful start at Butte College! Who attends Orientation?Orientation is part of the enrollment process at Butte College and mandatory for most new students & transfer-in students. If you have attended another college, you may be eligible to participate in Online Orientation. Should I bring people with me?Families play an important role in your transition to college. We know that your family may have some questions about Butte College. We encourage parents/guardians and guests to attend an orientation to participate in our Parent/Guardian & Supporter session to learn how to support you on your new journey.*Varsity Sport Athletes - Only sign-up for morning Orientation sessions in July & August so you can meet with the Athletics Counselor (do not sign-up for a June session or July & August afternoon sessions). | Sign Up Below: Registration is required.
